Flavors of America: Chef Jim Coleman

It's an excellent book that provides recipes for heart healthy eating. This is a book that anyone over 35 years should invest in. Not only by purchasing the book, but revenue for their daily food implementation. Three of the applause for Coleman head!

One of the best cookbooks I've come across in ages!

It's a GREAT recipe book! I found extremely creative and very easy to follow recipes. I had approximately 6 proceeds from this book so far, and each of them has been declared a "winner" by my family and friends.
