Flavors of America: Chef Jim Coleman

This is an excellent book that provides recipes for heart healthy eating. It's a book that anyone over the age of 35 years should invest in. Not only by purchasing the book, but revenue for their daily food implementation. Three Chief Coleman applause!

One of the best cookbooks I've come across in ages!

This is a GREAT recipe book! I found very creative and very easy to follow recipes. I have done up to this approximately 6 recipes in this book, and each of them has been declared a "winner" by my family and friends.
