It's an excellent book that provides recipes for a healthy heart diet. This is a book that anyone over 35 years should invest in. Not only by buying the book, but revenue for their daily food delivery. Three of the applause for Chief Coleman!

One of the best cookbooks I've come across in ages!

It's a GREAT recipe book! I found very creative and very easy to follow recipes. I was about 6 recipes in this book so far, and each of them has been declared a "winner" by my family and friends.
