It was a very influential for prepare me positive experience of birth book. It is very empowering and educational. Coupled with the INA may guide to childbirth and a hynobirthing class, I felt very confident and positive in my day of birth.
I very strongly recommend this book to anyone who proposes a medicated, or natural birth which seeks to facilitate their opinion on the birth and birth partners.
