Unreadable spiritual blabber
Apparently a must be religious or less spiritually inclined to find a value any in this book. Read other reviews, I thought that the occasional mention of the chakras and higher powers would be offset by some solid advice and lights on pregnancy and childbirth. I was wrong! Since the introduction of God, prayer of higher powers and other spiritual activities with each page. There should be a label warning about the book: "not for the independent, atheist and others based on reality! There are much better books there to deal with the emotional side of pregnancy and childbirth, as ' delivery from within "."

The Miracle of Painless Childbirth
Today, my youngest daughter becomes 1. And I've been reminiscing about his wonderful birth. I read this book and used my pregnancy Meditation CD, and I cannot thank enough Giuditta.
