The book is organized logically, with some general information about fish and preparation of the fish, then passing by + 100 species or varieties of seafood, canned tuna to Wahoo of eel .the octopus have much here!And the centre has a book many photos of high-quality whole fish, fillets of fish and other seafood "sections" that you might find in a store.
One thing I really appreciated on this book is its rating of many species on the problems of conservation.Green recommends oceans alive seafood or guide the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch guide.
