Great workout - weird music
If I could, I would rate this 3.8 coaching stars. The music is weird, but I find that it does not divert too much training. I did not find the steps to be too fancy to everything - Ellen takes place simple as "exit off / in in", GRAPEVINES with passage to rather than return to the foot, knee lifts, lunges and adds three levels – you can stay at level 1, level 2 with more vigorous arm movements increase or go to level 3 by adding a few plyometric impact instead. Levels are simultaneously demonstrated by Ellen and her aid background. I choose which level to at any time, finding that it flows well regardless of your level. "Training walk" is an inappropriate, is more than a cardio routine low impact, which is well in my world. Ellen teaches in blocks rather than style TIFT. Cardio segments avalisera with blocks strung together commencEsur's right foot, then left foot, with defilait between the two intervals. For reminders of gives posture about Ellen and I can feel my heart during the cardio moves, particularly in the squat series with make and raises knee.
Following the cardio segments is a segment of weight short hand, permanent work composed for side and rear lunges with arm work in (a rear lunge, loops with squatters, bicep tricep press raise lateral side with lunges aside). This moves the floor for pushup lines w/dumbbells and a short snowboarding or "pointer the" as Ellen calls. Then, you remove your shoes for a segment of short yoga - fans of of Ellen Barrett will recognize an abbreviated version of the first series of warrior optimal "Crunch Super Slimdown Pilates and Yoga Blend."It moves to the ground for some other leg with a brève.Le final recharge time twist was Ellen and its aid in the skateshoes, that I found disconcerting at first, but they are extended simple that you can continue to be barefoot.
I found this too easy or too hard, routine it me sweat, lifted my pulse in a range of good, comfortable, but not of chest - hammer has done.Defects only with this training are weird music and pop up screens that announce the next segment and flat, references to the belly diet that I have no interest in .j ' bought it and the other flat belly DVD only due to Ellen. It does not disappoint; that produced this soundtrack has failed.
Despite the music I intend to use régulièrement.Il it is nice to have something a little more traditional of Ellen.

It's Awesome
If you are a fan of Ellen Barrett FitTV programs or personal website that you will really enjoy this DVD. It has a completely new fitness, but with large prompts routine and the statement. Ellen has a very pleasant voice and its guides are easy to follow; displacements are not rushed. A: DVD reheat, cardio, strength, section section part of yoga and cool. The cardio section is approximately 20 minutes and the warmup and cooling each approximately 4 minutes. The portion of yoga is also fairly short. Music used in the DVD is not a time strong so that it is easy to listen to. Only distraction for me is Annie, among other 2 girls exercise with Ellen - his chest is so big that it really distracting to watch her. I do not think that this DVD is for experts of fitness, but for people who enjoy a more moderate exercise routine.
