Taste isn't great
I bought a bag of 1 book of Isopure of vanilla, cream because it is cheaper than Jay Robb vanilla that is Whey proteins that I buy normally and less expensive than the Whey Bio, I get the gymnastics. I shouldv ' e just spent the extra money. This stuff is not taste awful, I could swallow it, but I'd do on a daily basis, certainly not multiple times per day. I have done the same way that I do all my shaking protein: milk Skim or Almond, peanut butter and ice with stevia or splenda mixed with Blender.
Based on assessments here I wasn ' t expect to taste too bad, but it was really difficult to shake it .for complicate the situation that I made the suggested portion, which is 50 g of protein isolate, and I'm hungry within 2 hours.
With Jay Robb or I normally 1 scoop BIO-Whey 25 g and I am well for 4 hours.Jay Robb permanently taste 10 times better cela.Pour the budget to go with Isopure if you can stand the taste for the best quality and flavor to go with Jay Robb if you can save money supplémentaire.Jay Robb enterprises - isolated from vanilla, Whey powder 12 oz
