Ice Cold
Tendonitis in my elbows lead me to a summer of his ultra two days a week. I have asked my elbows ice twice a day and to use ice real-time and non-gel pack ice. Gel pack ice was quite cold and actual ice would penetrate deeper and the tissue more quickly. These ice packs little has done the work effectively. The only problem is their durability of repeated; finally a pinhole leak in each caused abandon me their. Otherwise, they are exactly what the doctor ordered.

Ice packs for air travel
I use three of these to keep my cool lunch, when I am traveling on an aircraft. They pass through security of the US airport with no difficulty. I put them in a quart size for the lunchbox ziplock bag and simply remove for airport security screening. (Washed before I bought these ice packs, TSA away a pack ice like I had and I was told by one of the restaurants I should use loose ice past security - which would have melted and done my soggy sandwich!)
