Great at packing on muscle, but with the artificial sweeteners and sugar, it gets 1 point off
I should like to begin by saying, this is a very good product. I packed on a LOT of muscles in a short time, relying primarly on this single product. As I only eat one or two actual meals per day and 4-5 replacement with this protein shake. I put on a lot of muscle to do this. However, due to the sugar and sweeteners artificial, there, and I have taken large doses it daily, I met a few health problems (nothing serious, but serious enough to stop me let my body for 2 weeks of consumption rest). I must say that I will get on it soon (only 2-3 per day, instead of 4-5 lol) simply because it works really, I it 4 stars instead of 5 because that had they not put sugar and artificial sweeteners in it, the product would be incredibly perfect. I drink double rich chocolate with water and it cannot taste bad, just to not expect amazing flavor (without protein shake goes to good taste in water only, at least it cannot taste bad lol). My training objectives are strictly for placing of muscles more on my body, and thus work very well. Given that this product is not done with protein from meat, of course, it will be more difficult to digest to your orgrans, meaning LOTS of water and drink your liver and kidneys do not get screwed. Also something, I intend to add to my plan with this next week is to complement the Omega-3 with this balance of shaking are less than a day. (Omega-3 increases the amount of protein that accesses your muscles, i.e. more muscle is created because of it). Hope that this review allows.
